1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you’re authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. The service
Prompt Gallery lets you store, organize, search and reuse text prompts for AI tools. We may add, change or remove features over time. The service isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any AI provider mentioned on this site.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure: you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Access may be limited to approved accounts at the operator’s discretion.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use the service.
- Let us know promptly through the contact form if you suspect someone else is using your account.
4. Your content
- You keep all rights to the prompts and other content you save (“your content”).
- You give us a limited permission to host, store, copy and display your content only to operate the service for you, for example to show and search your library and to keep backups. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups that expire on their regular schedule.
- You’re responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to store it.
- Prompts are stored as plain text. Don’t store passwords, API keys, other people’s personal data or anything else too sensitive to keep that way.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- store or distribute malware, or content that is illegal or abusive;
- try to access other people’s data, or probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without permission;
- disrupt or overload the service, including with automated requests that ignore its rate limits;
- misuse the contact form, for example to send spam.
6. Third-party AI tools
Prompt Gallery stores prompts; it doesn’t run them. When you paste a prompt into another product, such as an AI chatbot, that product’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We aren’t responsible for third-party products or the output they generate.
7. Availability and backups
We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but we can’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, so keep your own copies of prompts that matter to you. We may pause the service for maintenance or discontinue it. If we discontinue it, we’ll try to give reasonable notice so you can copy your content.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as Disclaimers, Limitation of liability and Indemnity, will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (if any) and US$50. Some places don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims by others that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of this service is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved by the courts there, unless the law of the country where you live requires otherwise.
